The Healthy Rivers Action Plan (HRAP) was designed by the Swan River Trust to improve water quality and ecosystem health in the Swan and Canning rivers. In 2015, SDF Global conducted an evaluation of the HRAP design, implementation, benefits, and value for money. SDF Global worked with stakeholders to identify and understand the outcomes of complex environmental management actions, and identify risks to water quality management into the future.
